We have used Intelligent Air Conditioning for many years now; we embarked on the latest project 4 years ago. This project required a detailed cost effective and flexible plan to replace the aging VAV with a new state of the art VRV system, whilst taking into account the needs of our tenants, budget constraints and the possibility of multiple contractors undertaking multiple floors at the same time. Sibat’s detailed plan and common sense approach has proved invaluable. The iManager has been installed, commissioned and maintained by them from day one. We haven’t experienced any issues regarding the controls or use of this system. They are always on hand for advice and can often get here at short notice to consult and advise. The project is nearing the end and we have successfully installed VRV into approximately 200,000 sq ft, we couldn’t of done it without them.
